Shipping

Orders are processed, shipped and delivered Monday through Friday only. Orders are not processed, shipped or delivered on national holidays. All orders placed on Friday, Saturday, Sunday or on a national holiday, will be processed the following business day. 

Please allow 1-3 business days for order fulfillment. Due to the handmade nature of our products and based on availability of materials, some orders may take 5-7 business days to fulfill, while 'pre-order' styles can take up to four weeks. 

As soon as your order is fulfilled, a shipping confirmation email will be sent along with tracking information. 

Once an order has been fulfilled we are unable to make any changes to the shipping method or delivery location/date. 

Please note that we do not accept responsibility for lost or stolen packages. 

Pre-Orders: If placing an order that includes both regular stock items and pre-order items the order will ship in its entirety on the date indicated for the pre-order. If you would like the regular stock item/s to ship immediately, please place a separate order for the pre-order style. 

International Orders

At this time, we are only able to accommodate domestic orders in the United States. If you are located in another country and are interested in placing an order for our products, please contact us at designsbytiffanyrose@yahoo.com.

Return Policy

Refunds: Items purchased at full price and returned (postmarked) within 7 days of receipt are eligible for a refund to the original method of payment. All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. 

Store Credit: Returns postmarked within 15 days of receipt by customer are eligible for store credit. There is no restocking fee for store credit and we will waive return shipping charges. Once your return is processed, you will be sent a store credit via e-mail in the form of an electronic gift card. If you are returning a gift and would like a store credit, please provide the correct e-mail address for the store credit.

Returns after 15 days will NOT be accepted and merchandise will be sent back to customer. 

Please contact designsbytiffanyrose@yahoo.com and provide your order number if you would like us to send you a return label for a flat rate of $7.50 which will be deducted from your refund in addition to the restocking fee.

Final Sale Items: Items in the following categories are final sale and are not eligible for return: sale/clearance items and custom orders. 

Exchange Policy: We are unable to process exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the item for a refund and place a new order for the item desired. 

Pre-Order Items: Items purchased as a “pre-order” may only be returned for store credit.

Natural Variations: All gemstones and glass cabochons are handpicked for each piece of jewelry. When working with stones, variations in color, cut, size and shape are inevitable. These variations contribute to the uniqueness of each piece.

Repairs

We take pride in delivering quality craftsmanship while using fine materials. In the case that your jewelry needs repair due to flaws in workmanship, we will gladly repair your piece or replace it based on the circumstance with no charge. In the case that jewelry has been damaged or tangled, it can be repaired for a fee that will be determined by the repair needed. There is a repair fee of $20.00 on merchandise 1 year or older. You must include proof of purchase from tiffanyrosedesigns.net in order to be eligible for repairs.
